Back to normal!Selena Gomez andKendall Jenner are getting over their rough patch, as the pair chatted during a dinner party on Tuesday, May 6, a source told. The ladies both dined at a private residence for Mirtha Michelle's new book release "Letter to the Men I Loved," which was hosted by designer Eli Mizrahi.
"Selena and Kendall were friendly," the source tells. "They said hi to each other but sat on opposite sides of the table." (The night out was the day after the women walked the red carpet separately at the Metropolitan Museum of Art's Costume Institute Gala in NYC.)
The small party of about 20 people also included Victoria's Secret model Candice Swanepoel, Maryna Linchuk, Magdalena Frackowiak, and Gigi Hadid. For the most part, Gomez, 21, hung with Hadid as Jenner, 18, sat with her girlfriends. (Hadid recently split from Cody Simpson after a year of dating. Interestingly enough, Jenner's sister Kylie Jenner, 16, was rumored to be dating the Australian singer back in 2012, though she told Seventeen magazine the pair were "just good friends" at the time.)
As previously reported, Gomez got into a tiff with the Jenner sisters following their partying in Coachella last month. The "Come & Get It" singer thought Kylie was flirting with ex-boyfriend Justin Bieber during the Indio, Calif. festivities. Although Gomez un-followed the reality stars from her Instagram page, a source told the fight was quickly put to rest.
"Selena has no issues with the Jenner girls. They had an issue but they have cleared it up," a source told at the time. "She has always liked the Jenner girls. They had been fans of Selena since they were young."
Indeed, Kendall has since dined with Bieber, 20, at Manhattan's hotspot Nobu 57 on April 28. On May 3, Kylie and the "Boyfriend" singer attended Floyd Mayweather Jr.'s fight in Las Vegas.
