2013 Emmys Red Carpet Report Card ( Grade)

Elisabeth Moss Grade: A The star of "Mad Men" and "Top of the Lake" had reason to celebrate, aside from her two Emmy nominations. Her shimmering, black-and-white Andrew Gn gown, combined with her bright red lipstick and edgy cropped 'do, made her one of the best dressed celebs of the night.

Kaley Cuoco Grade: B The "Big Bang Theory" leading lady's red carpet style is usually hit or miss, but on Emmy night she was right on target in her strapless, burgundy Vera Wang gown.

Anna Chlumsky Grade: B The "Veep" actress, nominated for Best Supporting Actress in a Comedy Series, wowed in a strapless dark green gown by Badgley Mischka, which she wore with loose waves in her hair and a coat of bright pink lipstick.
