Bobbie Brown, "Cherry Pie" Video Star, Talks Leonardo DiCaprio One-Night Stand In New Memoir
Revisiting the past! Bobbie Brown -- the blonde bombshell best known for her starring turn in Warrant's 1990 music video "Cherry Pie" -- is cleaning out her closest. To top it off, she's also airing out Leonardo DiCaprio's dirty sheets! The former video vixen, now 44, is opening up in a new memoir about an alleged one-night stand with the A-list actor back in the day.
"One night [out in Hollywood] I ran into Leonardo DiCaprio, a baby-faced 21-year-old actor who'd just had a hit with The Basketball Diaries," Brown reveals in her new book. "I knew him from the clubs, he was always coming up to me saying, 'You're going to be my girlfriend one day.' But I was with Tommy [Lee], and he was just way too young for me. I was five years his senior."
At the time, Brown and Motley Crue drummer Tommy Lee were living together in a Studio City condo with Taylar, her daughter (now 21) with ex-husband and Warrant frontman Jani Lane. Brown and Lane (who died in 2011) divorced in 1993 after two years together, and Brown commenced a romance with Lee following her own rehab stint for cocaine abuse.
Though Brown described sex with Lee as "mind-blowing," the relationship eventually ended after the rocker allegedly choked her. And with one rocky romance ending, a very lucky DiCaprio was about to get his wish. "After the breakup, I was hate-f-cking whoever out of anger," Brown explained of sleeping with the Great Gatsby star after the split.
"We went back to his place that night. Leo had barrettes pulling back his dirty blond hair," Brown said. But before the two got intimate? "He turned on some music and started singing the TLC song 'Waterfalls' to me. It was weird -- I wasn't into it at all," she admitted of the smash 1995 R&B hit.
The singing may have been a bit awkward, but Brown, then 26, brightened up soon enough. "When I pulled his pants down I was like, 'Holy sh-t.' I'd just been with Tommy Lee, but Leo looked huge," she exclaimed. "But the whole thing was awkward, and we didn't hang out much after that."
And too bad! Just two years after their tryst, DiCaprio would officially become a Hollywood A-lister when he won the role of Jack Dawson in James Cameron's Titanic in 1997.
Brown's new memoir about her former Hollywood flings, Dirty Rocker Boys, comes out Nov. 26.
