Allison Williams Is Getting Married

Girls star Allison Williams, who plays Marnie, the pretty girl nobody likes, is engaged to Ricky Van Veen. No, Ricky Van Veen is not a character in a Judy Blume book, he's an actual human man; in fact he's a very wealthy human man. Van Veen is one of the co-founders of CollegeHumor, the website that makes prank videos. (I'm told there are other, non-prank videos, but I'll believe it when I see it.) So that's basically a lot of money marrying a lot of money. Nothin' wrong with that!

Think of how nice their apartment will be. Or house! Could be a house. Maybe once they're married, Ricky Van Veen and Allison Williams will take to the country, or the suburbs. Maybe they'll buy a house in Rye or Ossining or Cos Cob and live a very sort of traditional life up there. More likely, though, is that they'll move to Brooklyn Heights and do that whole thing. Again, nothing wrong with that.

And think of the wedding! Lena Dunham as a bridesmaid, the other CollegeHumor pranksmen as groomsmen, Brian Williams giving a misty-eyed toast. Van Veen is friends with John Mayer, so maybe he will play a song at the reception or as Williams walks down the aisle. I mean, this is shaping up to be the wedding of the season.
Though, at 25, Williams is young to be getting married, so hopefully this is a long engagement. But not long enough for any pranks! No sir, they shouldn't give any of those CollegeHumor pranksters too much opportunity to pull any sick pranks. Though, I'm sure there are plenty of pranks already in the works! Welcome to Prank City, population you two guys, Ricky and Allison. Hope you like pranks, Ms. Williams. Because you are marrying into prank royalty.

Charlize Theron, Sean Penn "Get Down" at Pharrell Williams' Pre-Oscars Party: Picture

Charlize Theron, Sean Penn "Get Down" at Pharrell Williams' Pre-Oscars Party: Picture

Getting cozy! Charlize Theron and boyfriend Sean Penn attended a pre-Oscars bash hosted by Pharrell Williams on Feb. 27. The new couple didn't hide their affection for each other as they partied at Eveleigh in Los Angeles.

"Charlize and Sean are so gorgeous together, a natural couple."
In addition to Theron, 38, and Penn, 53, the party was attended by Jamie Foxx, Johnny Knoxville, Adrian Grenier, and Alicia Keys. Destiny's Child's Michelle Williams and Kelly Rowland, and jewelry designer Lorraine Schwartz were also on hand for the private party, hosted by Bionic Yarn, G Star and Hennessey. Williams' pals were all out to celebrate the singer's Oscar nomination for his hit "Happy" and Foxx congratulated him on the mic, the insider added.

At one point in the evening, the Young Adult actress was photographed with her head resting on her beau's shoulder. They also danced with the crowd to Williams' new album GIRL.

This marks the second public appearance the couple has made together since first stepping out as an item in early January. On Jan. 11, Theron supported the Secret Life of Walter Mitty star at his 3rd Annual Help Haiti Home Gala in Beverly Hills.

"It looks serious and comfortable," an insider told of their relationship at the time. The actors held hands, cuddled at their table, and Penn even kissed Theron's neck during the night out.

Angelina Jolie wows Oscar rehearsal actors

Angelina Jolie wows Oscar rehearsal actors

To the world, she's a humanitarian, superstar actress and half of Hollywood's most glamorous couple.
But to the workers who met Angelina Jolie Thursday at Oscar rehearsals, she was just "Angie."
The 38-year-old Oscar winner, who was honored with the film academy's Jean Hersholt Humanitarian Award last year, came to the Dolby Theatre to run through the lines she'll say in front of millions on Sunday. Afterward, she hung around chatting to show producers and introduced herself as "Angie" to a group of college students serving as trophy carriers this year.
"You'll help make the night a fun night," she said warmly to the star-struck students. One told her, "You were great out there.
"I didn't fall!" Jolie replied with a smile, confessing that the silver peep-toe pumps she paired with capri pants and a sweater for the rehearsal are her actual show-day shoes.
"After you've done this a few times, you learn to wear the shoes you're going to present in," she said.
She also learned she needed the teleprompter text to be made a bit larger.
"I used to wear glasses," she said.
Jolie presented an award on stage, and when a rehearsal actor stepped up to claim it, she gave him a hug.
"For this rehearsal only," he said, "I am one lucky bastard."

Rihanna to Release Concept Album Based on Animated Film

Rihanna to Release Concept Album Based on Animated Film

Rihanna is set to release a concept album this year based around the upcoming animated DreamWorks film Home, according to Variety.

Jeffrey Katzenberg, CEO of DreamWorks Animation, announced the news Tuesday during the company's quarterly earnings call. Katzenberg said that Rihanna, who also stars in the film, will perform new songs, but did not provide any titles or the album's release date.

The film, set for release November 26th, revolves around a group of aliens that escape their enemies by hiding on Earth. Originally entitled Happy Smekday!, the 3D film is based on author Adam Rex's 2007 children's book The True Meaning of Smekday. Rihanna will star in the film as teenager Gratuity "Tip" Tucci alongside Jennifer Lopez, Steve Martin and Big Bang Theory's Jim Parsons.

Rihanna has released an album each November from 2009 until 2012, but chose not to release an album in 2013. It was still a busy year, as the singer twerked in "Pour It Up," starred in A$AP Rocky videos, won "Icon Awards" and appeared on Eminem's "Monster" from the rapper's Marshall Mathers LP 2.

This summer, Rihanna and Eminem will go on a three-city mini tour, hitting undisclosed locations in New York, Los Angeles and Detroit in August. The duo first teamed up on 2010's "Love the Way You Lie" before reuniting for "The Monster.

" In a Rolling Stone cover story this past fall, Eminem said that the new collaboration with Rihanna was "not necessarily a sequel, as much as it is a revisitation" to his past. "To me, it's more about the vice, and it's more about the nostalgia," he said.

Justin Bieber Just Won't Behave: Inside Rolling Stone's New Issue

Justin Bieber Just Won't Behave: Inside Rolling Stone's New Issue

There's a fine line between having more fun than any teenager alive and completely melting down. Justin Bieber seems determined to find it — andRolling Stone goes inside the egg-throwing, hard-partying, drag-racing, arrest-resisting, brothel-patronizing, lightning-quick fall of a pop icon in our new issue (on stands Friday). Contributing editor Claire Hoffman gets the dirt on the 19-year-old's most recent troubles, uncovering events that would make the singer's core Beliebers lose their faith. Here are five of the most shocking revelations:
One of Justin's wildest nights went down at a Miami strip club called King of Diamonds Gentlemen's Club.
Bieber puffed a G Pen weed vaporizer and blew through the $75,000 in small bills his bodyguards brought for him in the VIP room, accepting lap dance after lap dance. The occasion? The January birthday of Bieber's pal, rapper Lil Scrappy. Two days later, Justin was arrested for drag racing in a rented Lamborghini.
Insiders blame Bieber's dad for encouraging Justin's bad behavior.
Bieber's 38-year-old pop Jeremy split with Justin's mom when he was a toddler, but has reappeared in a big way. "His father's not a great influence," says a source. "They're almost not like father and son — it's more like two best friends." Jeremy was in the strip club with Justin, enjoying the overflow of his son's parade of strippers, and was also present when Bieber was busted for drag racing (he was accused of helping block off traffic).
As early as 2010, Bieber began to show signs of stress.
Justin broke down in tears backstage one day, bemoaning his lack of privacy. "If you want the Michael Jackson career, you have to grasp that you are never going to be normal again," his manager Scooter Braun told him.
Three authority figures confronted Justin after his night in jail – but that didn't slow his wild behavior.
After his night in jail, Bieber left Miami for Panama, with his gal pal Chantel Jeffries. Usher, Bieber's mother and Braun flew to Panama to have a serious talk about his the singer's behavior, shipping Jeffries back to Miami. A source close to the Bieber camp said the trip wasn't an intervention, but "a conversation, reminding him of the people who care about him, and to consider things to do about it."
After the non-intervention, Bieber and his dad took off on an even more out-of-control trip.
Justin and Jeremy rented a private plane to take them from Toronto to Teterboro Airport outside New York for the Super Bowl. According to a leaked incident report, the pair were so verbally abusive to a flight attendant, she hid in the cockpit with the pilots. The pilots were so overcome by the weed smoke, they had to wear oxygen masks to fly the plane.
Also in this issue: Tim Dickinson on the minimum wage, David Fricke on the making of Green Day's Dookie, Sabrina Rubin Erdely on the story of an autistic teen targeted by an undercover cop, inside True Detective and more.
Look for the issue on stands and in the iTunes App Store this Friday, February 28th.

Kate Hudson Has Girls' Night Out as Matthew Bellamy Split Rumors Swirl

Kate Hudson and Naomi Watts at Bulgari's Decades of Glamour party
Nothing like a little quality time with Naomi Watts to distract from tabloid gossip.

Kate Hudson stepped out solo for Bulgari's Decades of Glamour bash at Soho House in West Hollywood on Tuesday for a girls' night out.

While Hudson rocked some gorgeous accessories, she was spotted without one very important piece of jewelry: her 9-carat engagement ring. This comes on the heels of rumors that Kate and fiancé Matthew Bellamy may have hit a rough patch.

However, the 34-year-old actress seemed to be in a celebratory mood at the pre-Oscars bash.

"She looked really happy and seemed to be having a great time," one guest tells Yahoo. "She hung at a table near the back of the party and spent a lot of time talking with a group of girlfriends, including Naomi [Watts]. She was having a lot of fun."

Hudson stunned at the soiree in an Emilio Pucci white miniskirt and yellow silk blouse. She happily snapped photos with Watts, 45, and caught up with fellow "Glee" alum Dianna Agron, 27.

Last week, a rep for Kate denied that she and the Muse rocker were on the rocks, following a story in the New York Daily News on the matter. However, People reported on Wednesday that the couple has "been on the rocks for some time."

"They're not in a great place," claims the magazine's source, who also adds that they "are still living together. Kate is not giving up."

Hudson and Bellamy, 35, welcomed a son, Bing, together in July 2011 after getting engaged three months earlier.

In January, Kate explained on "Live With Kelly and Michael" that she wouldn't be getting married "anytime soon."

"I'm planning nothing right now," Kate said. "I'm so busy, we've been so busy, and it's been great. I come from an unconventional family — my parents aren't married. So there's a part of me that goes, 'If I'm going to do it, I'm going to do it right.'"

Katy Perry, John Mayer Break Up: "They've Been Fighting"

Katy Perry, John Mayer Break Up: "They've Been Fighting"

These Legendary Lovers are taking yet another break. Katy Perry has broken up with on-again, off-again love John Mayer, multiple sources confirm. The musical couple first went public back in summer 2012 and, after a short break that fall, have been together -- and seemingly closer, ever since. Perry, 29, and Mayer, 36, even released an ultra-romantic song and video together, "Who You Love" last December. After a romantic Grammys after-party outing in January (complete with Perry's family), the pair were even the subject of false engagement rumors over Valentine's Day. But Perry has been noticeably solo over the past several weeks during trips to Milan, London and elsewhere.

According to another confidante, Perry's massive upcoming Prismatic world tour was one of the sticking points for the twosome. "She's stressed about the tour, they've been fighting," the second source says. "It is probably for the best, because she is going to be on tour for forever. Of course this happens all the time, I can't keep track anymore. But for now they are done."

Mayer's own recent tour also put a strain on the relationship. "They've had rough patches, but this may be for good," a third source adds.

The "Your Body Is a Wonderland" singer was Perry's first significant relationship after her painful late 2011 split from husband Russell Brand. Mayer, of course, has famously squired a coterie of A-list women: Jessica Simpson, Jennifer Aniston, Taylor Swift and Jennifer Love Hewitt, among others.

Kim Kardashian: 'I Want to Have More' Kids With Kanye West

Kim Kardashian: 'I Want to Have More' Kids With Kanye West

Kim Kardashian says she's "loving being a mom" and "it's amazing."

So it may come as no surprise that the reality star, 33, told Seacrest yesterday that while the pregnancy with North was tough, she wants more kids.

"I love my daughter so much and ... I want to have more," she said. "But I'm not going the route my mom did. She is crazy! When I was giving birth, I looked at her and said, 'I'm going to buy you a medal, you deserve a medal for this, six times – you're crazy.'"

She continued, "I don't think I can do more than three tops. That would be my absolute top top tops. I even contemplate should North be an only child? But then I contemplate all the … fun experiences I had, so I might have to tough it out."
Especially when she has adorable requests from her nephew Mason, 4.
"I was talking to [Kourtney's son] Mason about it the other day. He was like, 'Can you make a boy? I need a friend to play with.' And I was like, 'Let me think about that!'" Kim said.
As for North West, she is sleeping through the night and "all she does is laugh. She'll laugh at anything. I'll put my toe right near her and she'll crack up. She's the sweetest, happiest baby I've ever seen."
And then there's the impeding wedding to fiance Kanye West.
Kardashian said the affair would be a "super, super small intimate" wedding. "As we are going along, we realize we want it to be smaller and more intimate than people are imagining and thinking."
She added, "I'll tell you it's in Paris, but I'm not saying when, but it's this year."

Ranking All 10 BET Honors Performances: Smokey Rocks, Mariah Shocks

The BET Honors committee spared no expense aligning the right performers for the celebratory event. Considering the magnitude of the music figures being honored in song – icons Aretha Franklin and Berry Gordy – meeting the high standards was clearly the only way to go.

Below, we rank the night's 10 acts:

1. Karen Clark-Sheard: "Amazing Grace"

BET wanted to remind viewers that while Aretha Franklin is the undisputed Queen of Soul, her roots are in the church. Gospel icon Karen Clark-Sheard kicked off Aretha's tribute with a rousing rendition of the famous hymn "Amazing Grace." Kierra Sheard's mother put on a foot-stomping show that left everyone in awe, especially when she made an echoing sound effect during her closing.

2. Smokey Robinson: "Tracks of My Tears"

Smokey moved the audience with his melodic offering of Smokey Robinson & the Miracles's "Tracks of My Tears." But the showstopper was his personal tribute to his best friend, honoree and Motown founder Berry Gordy. Smokey's heartfelt song about Berry's impact and success brought to tears the iconic executive who Russell Simmons said "made us."

3. Jennifer Hudson: "Rock Steady," "You Better Think," "Respect," "Daydreaming," "Natural Woman"

The audience received a noticeable energy boost when Jennifer Hudson was called to the stage for the Aretha Franklin tribute. Jennifer had the longest set of the night, performing a mini concert of some of Aretha's biggest hits. Jennifer was phenomenal and has been inundated with praise.

4. Janelle Monae: "Want You Back," "ABC"

Janelle Monae was a fitting choice to perform Jackson 5's "Want You Back" and "ABC" during the salute to Motown. Janelle's footwork hearkens back to the J5 era and she tweaked the pitch of her voice to emulate Michael Jackson and was lively and entertaining.

6. Tamar Braxton: "Do You Know Where You're Going To," "Upside Down"

"Braxton's Family Values" star and R&B singer Tamar tackled two Diana Ross favorites with ease. Before singing she said that she and her sisters used to argue about who would get to be Miss Diana Ross. "Tonight she wins," Tamar said before moving into her sexy, poised covers that were a part of the Berry Gordy tribute.

7. Mariah Carey: "You're Mine (Eternal)"

8. Wayne Brady: "Pony," "Started From the Bottom"

Show host Wayne Brady incorporated his singing, rapping and dancing talents into the event. During his opening, he sang and danced to a cover of Ginuwine's 1990s bump and grind anthem "Pony," changing the lyrics to shout out the honorees. Later in the show, with an crowd participation assist from Anthony Anderson, Wayne performed a freestyle rap over an instrumental of Drake's "Started From the Bottom." Anthony probed the audience for keywords and Wayne added them to his impromptu rap.

9. Victorie Franklin: "Take Me to the King"

Aretha's adorable granddaughter, Victorie, sang a cover of Tamela Mann's gospel hit. It wasn't pitch perfect, but it was pleasant. Who wouldn't want their grandchild to participate in their celebration?

10. Kpoint Franklin

Viewers were caught off guard when Aretha's son, rapper Kpoint, came out to perform one minute of an unfamiliar gospel rap song. Mom seemed happy, though, as she clapped along as Kpoint asked the crowd, "Are you feeling it?"

Angelina: The Hardest Thing I've Ever Done

Angelina: The Hardest Thing I've Ever Done
Angelina: The Hardest Thing I've Ever Done

Angelina Jolie says her latest project is the "hardest thing" she's ever done in her career.
Angelina Jolie sat down with Tom Brokaw on TODAY, and had two shocking revelations about her upcoming movieUnbroken.
The film chronicles the life of Louis Zamperini, an Olympic runner who was taken prisoner by Japanese forces during World War II. "[The world] can seem hopeless and it can seem very overwhelming," she said of the movie. "But the resilience and the strength of the human spirit is an extraordinary thing."
It just so happens that director Jolie is neighbors with her movie muse. "I imagine that for the last 10-something years, (Zamperini has) been sitting there having a coffee in the morning and wondering who's going to make this movie," the 38-year-old Oscar winner told TODAY. "And I've been sitting in my room laying there thinking, 'What am I supposed to be doing with my life? I wanna do something important ... I need some help. I need some guidance. Where is it?' And it was right outside my window."
Zamperini joined the A-list star in the interview and referred to her as "honey" and "my gal."
The actress admitted that she felt the pressure to depict her friend's life in the right way. "(I feel) such a huge responsibility to get it right, because I love (Zamperini) so much, and because he's helped me so much in my life," she said.
Jolie quipped that it wasn't easy to get this movie made. "This has been the hardest thing I've ever done. ...I pitched my butt off."
Adding of why she's chose to do this film, "It had to be something I would love and care about. Cause it takes much more time away from your family and much more effort than acting."
This is Jolie's third directorial effort, following the 2007 documentary A Place in Time, and the 2011 drama In the Land of Blood and Honey.
Unbroken is scheduled to hit theaters Dec. 25, 2014. Will you watch?

Exclusive! Taylor Swift's Cute New Keds Campaign Has a Girl Power Twist

Fresh off her electrifying-and literally head-banging-performance at the Grammy Awards, Taylor Swift is debuting her latest gig today: fronting the oh-so-sunny spring Keds campaign. Seriously, how cute are the shoes, especially those baby blue ones above? And the SoCal pool party backdrop makes us want to book a flight to LA right now. (This winter is truly and miserably endless!)
But the buzz around the singer's fourth collection for the brand isn't just about adorable kicks in vibrant colors and prints (although, yes, that's definitely part of the package), the campaign, titled "Million Brave Acts," is focused on inspiring bravery and self-confidence in girls around the country.
"The first time I play a new song for someone, I have to pick someone who's going to be honest with me-and that's terrifying," Taylor admits in the video below. "I think that bravery happens to different people in different ways."
This is certainly in keeping with a new initiative on Keds' end, the recently-founded Brave Life Project, which has partnered with the Girls Leadership Institute to offer educational and leadership programs for young women. Their site is filled with all sorts of resources, from style advice to inspiring personal stories.

Has Kim Kardashian Had Her Lips Done? Rocks Trout Pout And Camel Toe In Offensive Outfit In New York

Kim Kardashian stepped out in New York yesterday and while we generally love the Keeping Up With The Kardashians' star'a new sense of high end style, yesterday she stepped out in head to toe off white and for us it just didn't work.

Maybe it was the baggy tapering trousers or the grandma style blouse but we expect alot more from Kimmie, especially as we know she's hiding some killer curves under all that material. Where are they?
The new mum joined her momager Kris Jenner for lunch at Ciprianis and unfortunately the 58 year-old dressed to match her daughter. While most people strive to avoid matching outfits over the age of 10, it looks like Kris played copy-cat with her most famous daughter. It really wasn't an outfit we needed to see twice either.
We're not a fan of this look on Kim
Later Kim met up with fiance Kanye West where the rapper proved chivalry isn't dead by helping her through an army of paps who were snapping away at the ensemble. One thing that caught our eye aside from the marshmallow style outfit was how odd Kim's lips looked. While the star has always maintained she's never had any plastic surgery done the beauty was showing all the tell tale signs of a trout pout.
Kim looks better when she showcases her curves
Her upper lip looked a little strange to us and her skin unusually tight for an unbotoxed face. While she denies having any major work done - namely her nose - Kim this week in the latest Keeping Up With The Kardashians episode had stretch marks on her breasts lasered off.

Simon Cowell talks his way out of police fine, faces backlash for letting dog lick baby’s face

Here’s a lesson in how not to lead by example.
Simon Cowell managed to talk his way out of fine for walking his dogs on the beach.
Simon Cowell has been given a police warning after he brought his two dogs to the beach alongside his girlfriend Lauren Silverman and newborn son Eric.

The 54-year-old X Factor judge caused quite the stir on a Miami beach as he walked his beloved Yorkshire terriers Squiddly and Diddly in a pet free zone.
Simon Cowell and Lauren Silverman shouldn't have been walking their dogs on the beach.
Tut Tut.

Pictures of the new dad show police handing him a warning after the ever smooth Simon managed to talk his way out of a $200 fine.
Simon Cowell was very close to being fined $200.
An onlooker told the Mail Online: "[Simon] told them he would not do it again and seemed happy that he got away with a telling off."

Yesterday, pictures of Simon’s dogs licking 11-day-old Eric’s face emerged online as the family relaxed on the beach.
Simon Cowell's dog was seen licking his son's face.
According to source close to the star, Simon had hired dog expert Edward Alava to ensure that his pets didn’t get jealous of his son.

The insider revealed: "Edward advised Simon on how to familiarise the dogs to Eric, telling Simon to put one of Eric's blankets in the pup's basket so they could get used to the newborn's smell."

Eric is said to have looked after the dogs as Lauren went into labour earlier this month  - giving them VIP treatment in his care.
Simon Cowell made sure his dogs were well looked after when Lauren Silverman was in labour.
A source told the New York Post: “Edward would come to Simon's hotel, the St. Regis, to care for his two dogs and would walk them three times a day.

“Because of the snowy weather, Edward brought cashmere sweaters for the dogs and leather snow boots.”

From the sounds of it, these two have nothing to be jealous of in the slightest.
