It's a girl for DeAnna Pappas Stagliano!
The "Bachelorette" alum welcomed a baby girl with husband Stephen Stagliano on Thursday.
"Our little angel is here!" Stephen Tweeted on Saturday. "She was born on Feb. 6th. Daddy now has two loves in his life! Thank you all for the love and support :)"
