Winning an Academy Award for best actor or actress can be a big career boost for a celebrity, especially financially.
Sandra Bullock, who is nominated for another Best Actress award for "Gravity," may earn at least $70 million from the successful box-office run of the film, sources tell The Hollywood Reporter.
She may already be among the wealthiest of actors who have won this prestigious award. At age 49, she is the youngest of the top 10 winners of the Best Actor and Best Actor award, according to research firm Wealth-X.
The 86th Academy Awards, hosted by Ellen DeGeneres, takes place on Sunday, March 2 on ABC.
