It is everyone's diet nightmare - the last 5lbs that just won't budge.
Kim Kardashian has stepped up her diet campaign as she makes a last ditch bid to shape up in time for her wedding.
Ok! Magazine reports the 33-year-old is so completely focused on losing her last 5lbs that she has gone into 'extreme dieting mode'.

Already dedicated to the Atkins diet, the reality star is strictly following the diet despite already dropping 50lbs since giving birth the baby North last June.
And with a wedding reportedly as close as a month away, Kim is cutting out almost everything from her already rigid diet.

A source told the magazine Kim is eating lean protein and 'only green vegetables because they have more fiber'.
To stop herself from slipping the source says: 'Her assistant has a bag of celery sticks with her at all times.'
Kim is also not allowing any liquid, except for water, to make it past her lips due to what a family insider has dubbed her 'Atkins mania'.
'She doesn’t really drink, but she likes a glass of red wine with dinner and coffee in the morning but her Atkins mania won’t allow her those anymore. She won’t even have a sip.'
While losing 50lbs is impressive and would be many people's stopping point, the Keeping Up With The Kardashians star is a perfectionist.
The star herself told the magazine: 'There is always something you can improve on. That’s the motto that my family and I have.'
As the poster child for the low carbohydrate Atkins diet, according fitness expert Jay Cardiello - who estimates Kim weight around 125lbs - an average day for the star would consist of egg-white vegetable omelet with a half cup of berries before a lunch of a 4 to 6 oz. of grilled salmon paired with asparagus with butter and a mixed salad.
And for dinner it is all about a lean protein, like grilled chicken, to which she would probably add broccoli and a salad dressed with olive oil and lemon.
When the hunger gets too much, the star could snack on celery, pepper slices or cucumber spears dipped in hummus and a few slices lean smoked turkey breast.
Kim may have just over a month before she can indulge her sweet tooth with many reporting the star will tie the knot with Kanye West on May 24 in France.

The bride-to-be recently said she and Kanye are planning a 'super small intimate wedding'.
'As we go along, we're realizing we want it to be smaller and more intimate than people are imagining and thinking,' the 33-year-old told Ryan Seacrest last month.
And 36-year-old Kanye is taking an active part in the planning.
'There's certain things where I'm like, "I know you're going to hate the seating chart, so I'll take care of this."
'And then there's some things that are really important to him. [But the] seating chart is like death.'
