Make your mind up!Pamela Andersonhas scrapped legal plans to divorce two-time husband Rick Salomon, a spokesperson at the Los Angeles Superior Court confirms to source.
"A petition to dismiss the divorce was filed by the petitioner [Anderson] on August 21," the spokesperson told . "The divorce filing was dismissed on August 22 so the couple is still officially married."
The former Baywatch star, 47, initially filed for divorce from Salomon, 46, on Thursday, July 3 having already had her first marriage to the serial-celebrity-dater annulled six years previously.
The curvaceous actress revealed in January that she and Salomon (who first found fame as the costar in Paris Hilton's infamous sex video) had secretly remarried for a second time, after joking with Ellen DeGeneres that she was recycling her lovers.
"I don't want to meet anyone else," the Playboy covergirl said late last year. "It's recycling! No, I'm very happy. We're happy. He's a great guy."
previously reported, the sincerity of Anderson's recent divorce petition was put in question just a couple of weeks after the paperwork was filed, when she and Salomon were snapped looking distinctly not estranged on the island of Sardinia, Italy.
"She's staying with him for now because she doesn't have the heart to hurt him," a well connected source told of the on-again, off-again relationship. "He's a good guy but she just doesn't feel the same way.
