Robert Pattinson has sold the love nest that he once shared with Kristen Stewart to an owner that you'll definitely recognize: "The Big Bang Theory" actor Jim Parsons.
Parsons just this month plunked down nearly $6.375 million for the property, where he'll reside with his partner of more than a decade, graphic designer Todd Spiewak, and their dogs, according to the Los Angeles Times.
Meanwhile, "Twilight" star Pattinson has reportedly moved on by renting a five bedroom, six bathroom residence in a gated community of Beverly Hills. The 27-year-old Brit is leaving behind digs in the trendy L.A. neighborhood of Los Feliz that he bought from NBA legend Kareem-Abdul Jabbar in 2011. With at least three celebrity owners in a row, you know that the house must be impressive!
Real estate blog Trulia reports that the Spanish-style abode features 4,026 square feet on a 1.5 acre lot, three bedrooms, and 3.5 bathrooms.
Outside, there's a spacious courtyard and garden, a lagoon pool, and the ultimate celeb essential, lots of privacy: It's walled and gated. Architectural buffs might also be interested to know that it was one of the first houses built in the hills above Los Feliz.
Word is that Pattinson moved out after Stewart cheated because he just couldn't get past all the bad memories.
Here's hoping that the house brings Golden Globes winner Parsons and his family plenty of happy times!
