LC, the author, designer, and beauty blogger who got her start on the MTV reality show "Laguna Beach," has plunked down $8.5 million for some luxe digs in her hometown,according to real estate website Zillow.
The 28-year-old and her fiancé of five months, law student William Tell, should have plenty of room in the residence. The 2,910-square-foot abode has three bedrooms, four bathrooms, and sits on almost half an acre. The newly remodeled house within a gated community features breathtaking views — just like the ones we saw on the opening credits for Conrad's "Hills" precursor — as well as wood floors, beamed ceilings, and easy access to the beach.
