Heidi Klum and Seal are officially divorced… two years later.
The 41-year-oldProject Runwayhost filed for divorce in April 2012, two months after she and the singer, 51, announced their separation. Klum cited "irreconcilable differences" and at the time was seeking joint custody of their children, but primary physical custody. They have three children together, Henry, 9, Johan, 8, and Lou, 5. Her 10-year-old daughter, Leni, is from a previous relationship, but Seal adopted her in 2009.
The divorce judgment, which was granted on Tuesday, does not specify how the pair will split custody or their assets. Seal and Klum were married for seven years.
Shortly after breaking up, Heidi dated the family's bodyguard, Martin Kirsten, for over a year. That relationship ended in January. Weeks later, the supermodel was linked to 28-year-old art dealer Vito Schnabel, whom she is still seeing.
Klum was asked about her boy toy on Wednesday's episode of The Ellen DeGeneres Show.
"Now is that your boyfriend? Is that Vito — is that his name?" the talk show host asked as a picture of the two flashed on screen.
"That is him," Heidi smiled.
"That’s fantastic," Ellen replied. "So you’re madly in love? And he is an art dealer, right?"
Klum giggled nervously and replied, "He is."
Heidi and Vito — who is the son of artist and filmmaker Julian Schnabel — have been dating since February. As for how serious it is, that remains to be seen. But hey… Klum is now legally free to do whatever she wants!
