"Update on us...Rafael is doing wonderfully!" the radiant second-time mom wrote in the accompanying caption. "He is two days old now. Such a sweet little boy. I'm feeling well, been up with him every hour to two hours."
She went on to explain the picture, which she took while still in the hospital. "I have been planning on doing post belly photos but didn't know if I was gonna have the guts to actually follow through," she admitted.

As previously reported, Hilaria gave birth to Rafael on June 17. He joins big sister Carmen, 21 months, and Alec's daughter Ireland Baldwin, 19, from his marriage to Kim Basinger.
