Kendall Jenner's Fat Shaming Is Bad News for Everyone

Kendall Jenner's Fat Shaming Is Bad News for Everyone
Kendall Jenner is proving one fashion show at a time that her modeling career should be taken seriously. In New York, she walked the Diane Von Furstenberg and Marc Jacobs shows, in Milan she appeared in Fendi and Dolce & Gabbana, and the burgeoning “it’ girl is sure to show up in shows at the upcoming Paris Fashion Week. But despite the fact that the fashion industry is viewing Jenner as a star on the rise, the media doesn’t seem to agree. The 18-year-old has been the subject of bullying claims and fat shaming in story after story, and the attention is not only damaging to the young adult herself, but also to her peers, admirers, and others, as well.
The latest issue of the Australian tabloid Famous magazineprinted a cover story with a photo of Jenner in a bikini at the Tommy Hilfiger show, claiming that she’s been accused of being “too fat for runway,” and agents are pressuring her to lose 8 kilograms, or about 17 pounds. Images of the “Keeping Up With the Kardashians” cast member appear to be manipulated, adding cellulite where she clearly doesn’t have any. (But why would it matter even if she did?) Unfortunately, the media often irresponsibly covers matters related to women’s bodies, and it has the potential for serious harm. Sarah Jackson, a psychologist at University College London and a researcher for a recent fat-shaming study, tells Yahoo Style that weight-related teasing and stigmatization have been shown to have negative effects on well-being and can lead to psychological distress. She notes that Jenner is clearly very thin, and “calling her fat sends out a strong message to impressionable young readers that might inspire unhealthy aspirations for thinness and extreme dieting.” She explains that rather than the humiliating commentary acting as a form of encouragement to eat less and slim down, this type of conduct might actually have the opposite effect, with the targeted person comfort-eating as a way of coping with feelings of inadequacy. Jason Seacat, a psychologist at Western New England University specializing in female weight stigmatization, agrees and says that “weight shaming also clearly sends a public message that overweight and obese individuals are less deserving of fair treatment and essentially gives the public permission to discriminate against these individuals.” He tells Yahoo Style that Famous’s mistreatment of Jenner also calls attention to the issue within the fashion industry that models are largely underweight and their public presence and adoration can negatively influence people’s perceptions of themselves. “Young women (and increasingly young men) are subject to brushed up, significantly modified, and unrealistic images and then become convinced that these are the ideal body standards in society,” Seacat says. “Striving to attain these thin standards is not at all healthy! Prominent media outlets need to be more responsible about the images they promote and counter these images with clear messaging that seeks to empower individuals to healthy lifestyles and not simply seek to shame them into submission.”
Jenner seems to be taking the talk following her every move in stride. (She has been in front of the camera since her preteen years, after all.) Last week, there were reports that she was the subject of backstage bullying. “Some [of the models] put out their cigarettes in Kendall’s drink!” a source told In Touch magazine. “They thought she was getting special treatment and just weren’t OK with it.” To dispel rumors, she posted a photo to Instagram of herself and a fellow model with the caption, “You can’t sit with us.” As for the Famous cover, perhaps showing up in Paris and acting professional is the best way to shut down her detractors.

TIFF 2014: Crazy for Cara and Kate

Cara Delevingne and Kate Moss

It was the battle of the brunette beauties.
Cara Delevingne and Kate Beckinsale stepped out for the premiere of their film, The Face of an Angel, on Saturday night at the Toronto Film Festival, and both absolutely stunned on the red carpet.
Beckinsale rocked an Azzaro jumpsuit along with Brian Atwood shoes, a Lee Savage clutch, and Suzanne Kalan jewels. The 41-year-old actress proved that age is nothing but a number, looking just as fierce as her 22-year-old co-star.
Meanwhile, Cara opted for a floor-length, form-fitting green gown reminding us that while she acts, first and foremost she is a model. Of course, there was no actual competition going on between Kate and Cara as the two were buddy buddy all day.
The ladies took a break from press duties by grabbing a quick (albeit still working) lunch at AMC Supper Suite at America Restaurant, where Beckinsale snacked on dry chicken and cauliflower and sipped Fiji Water in the just-opened 31st-storey eatery in the Trump International Hotel. Both gals then headed back to finish up interviews until the premiere.

When they arrived at the Winter Garden Theater around 7:15 p.m., the awaiting crowd went wild for both stars, with a lot of young girls clamoring to get a shot of Cara.
Following the screening, each fashionista naturally had an outfit change ahead of the afterparty.
Kate was red hot in a tight skirt and top, which showed off her tiny midsection. Meanwhile, Cara looked rocker chic in a black mini-dress, leather jacket, and sky-high black heels. Grey Goose hosted the bash at Soho House Toronto, where the two girls hung tight all night. They were laughing, taking pics, and were in good spirits amongst the intimate crowd, including co-star Daniel Bruhl and director Michael Winterbottom.

Joan Rivers's Funeral: Somber, Bawdy, and Star-Studded

Funerals are rarely described as star-studded affairs, but Joan Rivers was anything — everything — but ordinary.
The iconic comedian and red carpet mainstay, who died last Thursday at the age of 81 in New York City, was honored on Sunday by family, friends, and celebrities including Howard Stern, Rosie O'Donnell, Kathy Griffin, Whoopi Goldberg, Hugh Jackman, Barbara Walters, Michael Kors, Ivanka Trump, Bernadette Peters, and Sarah Jessica Parker.
The service took place at Temple Emanu-El in Manhattan and was both somber and raucous.

Stern delivered a eulogy, which included jokes about Joan's private parts, among other things. "I hope Joan is somewhere chasing Johnny Carson with a baseball bat," he said, referring to the long-running and never-resolved feud between the two show business legends. Stern also called the trailblazing Rivers "a best friend to the world."
Guests at the funeral entered to a performance by the New York City Gay Men's Chorus and Broadway star Audra McDonald later sang "Smile." (The bittersweet tune was also sung at Michael Jackson's service in 2009.) Hugh Jackman performed "Quiet Please There's a Lady on Stage" from The Boy From Oz.
Other speakers included Deborah Norville, Margie Stern, and Joan's daughter, Melissa Rivers.
While it was an undeniably sad event, there was room for humor. Gossip columnist Cindy Adams, a longtime friend of Rivers, reportedly quipped, "At 81, Joan Rivers did not last as long this service."
Fans and photographers were lined up along Fifth Avenue, hoping to catch a glimpse of many of the A-listers who came to pay their respects.

And while some may bristle at the idea of paparazzi at a funeral, it's exactly what Rivers would have wanted. In her 2012 book, I Hate Everyone... Starting With Me, Rivers joked about how she'd like her funeral to go.
"I want my funeral to be a huge showbiz affair with lights, cameras, action," she wrote. "I want Craft services, I want paparazzi and I want publicists making a scene! I want it to be Hollywood all the way. I don't want some rabbi rambling on; I want Meryl Streep crying, in five different accents... I want to look gorgeous, better dead than I do alive. I want to be buried in a Valentino gown and I want Harry Winston to make me a toe tag. And I want a wind machine so that even in the casket my hair is blowing just like Beyoncé's."
Rivers's body was cremated on Saturday. Her remains will be flown back to Los Angeles where they will reportedly be buried at Forest Lawn Cemetery.
The New York Police Department and New York City Health Department are both continuing to investigate the circumstances surrounding the star's death. She was undergoing a procedure on her throat when she momentarily stopped breathing and never recovered.

Lady Gaga sings jazz songs at Fashion Week party

If Lady Gaga's performing onstage, you better listen. And if you don't, she'll stop singing.
When a loud crowd still chatted at the Plaza Hotel where Gaga was performing jazz tunes Friday night, she stopped in the middle of her second song because of the noise.

"Will you (expletive) shut up? We're playing some jazz," she told the crowd of a few hundred in New York City. "Goddamn rich people."
Gaga sang at the New York Fashion Week party by Harper's Bazaar, where attendees included Donatella Versace, Liberty Ross, Brooke Shields and R&B singers Maxwell and Miguel.

The 28-year-old pop star sang songs from her collaborative jazz album with Tony Bennett called "Cheek to Cheek," to be released Sept. 23. She shut up the crowd at moments when she hit impressive high notes.
Gaga sported short blond hair and a black leather dress she said her sister created for her.
The New York-born performer dedicated a cover of Cole Porter's "Ev'ry Time We Say Goodbye" to her family and boyfriend, "Chicago Fire" actor Taylor Kinney.
"So, if you all keep it down while I sing my boyfriend a song, I'd appreciate it," she told the audience at the black-tie event.
The Friday event honored women in fashion, including Linda Evangelista, Shields and Gaga.
"An icon, I believe, is somebody that has a strong message behind their beauty and I think all of the women that are here tonight have that," Gaga said on the red carpet. "I'm not sure that I have it, but I am pretty happy to be on the list with all these super models, so thank you."

Death Of Singer Simone Battle Ruled Suicide By Hanging, Authorities Say

The death of girl group singer Simone Battle was ruled a suicide by hanging, authorities said Sunday.
The cause of death was determined two days after the 25-year-old Battle was found dead in her West Hollywood home, Los Angeles County Coroner's Lt. Fred Corral said.
Battle became known through her performances on the television show "X Factor." Her five-member band — G.R.L., originally a reboot of the Pussycat Dolls — had been signed by mega-hit maker Dr. Luke.
The group was featured on rapper Pitbull's hit song "Wild Wild Love" earlier this year. Battle told The Associated Press in July that the collaboration gave the group a platform to launch its debut single, "Ugly Heart."
A posting on G.R.L.'s Twitter account on Saturday said, "Words cannot express the depth of our loss. Simone's incredible talent was only surpassed by the size of her heart."
"We will carry her memory with us in everything we do," the posting continued.

Second member of K-pop group dies from car crash

SEOUL, South Korea (AP) — A second member of the South Korean band Ladies' Code died from injuries sustained from a motor accident, her management said Sunday.
Kwon Ri-sae, 23, died Sunday morning at a hospital in Suwon, just south of Seoul. She had been unconscious after undergoing hours of emergency brain surgery following Wednesday's accident, according to Polaris Entertainment agency spokeswoman Kim Eun-kyung.
Fellow band member Go Eun-bi died shortly after a van carrying the group crashed into a guard rail on a rain-drenched highway near Seoul.

Police suspect that the van driver may have been speeding on the wet road to meet a tight schedule. The National Forensic Service is currently investigating the accident. Inspector Lee Ho-dong said the police will call in the driver, who was treated for a mild injury, for more questioning.
Another member of the five-member group fractured her jaw and two others suffered minor injuries.
Ladies' Code debuted last year.

Serena Williams wins third straight U.S. Open second woman to win this title six times

Serena Williams wins third-straight U.S. Open title
NY - SEPTEMBER 07: Serena Williams of the United States reacts after defeating Caroline Wozniacki of Denmark to win their women's singles final match on Day fourteen of the 2014 US Open at the USTA Billie Jean King National Tennis Center on September 7, 2014 in the Flushing neighborhood of the Queens borough of New York City. Williams defeated Wozniacki in two sets by a score of 6-3, 6-3. (Photo by Streeter Lecka/Getty Images)
For the third year in a row, Serena Williams is the U.S. Open champion. Her 6-3, 6-3 win over 10th-seeded Caroline Wozniacki makes her the second woman to win this title six times, and the second to complete a three-peat. She also moves into second place on the all-time wins list, joining Martina Navratilova and Chris Evert with 18 Slam titles. Only one woman, Steffi Graf, has more.
Wearing a black and white leopard print outfit with a hot pink headband, Williams didn't seem bothered by the pressure of winning title No. 18. "Whatever happens, I'm just gonna have fun," she said in the tunnel, just before making her way onto the court. At match point, she threw her racket aside and collapsed on the court, looking as grateful as the first time she accomplished this feat.
"I have been trying to reach it for so long, since last year," she said after the match. "I didn't really think would I get there."
Williams held serve in the first game, then broke Wozniacki with the help of two double faults to take a 2-0 lead. From there, they traded breaks. Throughout marathon rallies, Wozniacki seemed on the defensive, standing more than two feet behind the line while Williams bounced in front of her line. In the fifth game, it was Williams double faulting twice as Wozniacki broke her. But she came right back, converting another break before holding serve at 4-2 and again at 5-3.
In the intermission, the scoreboard cameras panned the crowd, showing Spike Lee, Gladys Knight, Debra Messing, and about a dozen other stars in attendance, all hoping to see Williams make history.
By the second set, Wozniacki looked deflated. Williams again started with a break, for the 2-0 lead. It took Wozniacki until the ninth game, trailing 3-5, to hit a non-ace winner.
Williams, 32, had already been on the tour for a decade when Wozniacki, 24, turned pro. Winning the U.S. Open title last year made her the oldest woman to win in New York; she's already won more titles in her 30s than any other woman. Steffi Graf, by comparison, won all 22 of her titles before her 30th birthday.
Many wondered if her career was on the decline as she struggled throughout the 2014 season, failing to make the quarterfinals of a Grand Slam in the first three opportunities this year. Despite her poor showings in the Slams, Williams won five singles events, a strong showing by most standards. But this was Serena, a woman who has dominated her sport for nearly 15 years and is thus held to a higher standard. She arrived in New York saying she was relaxed, but everyone else seemed to think she had something to prove.
 2014 US Open - Day 14
Serena Williams, of the United States, holds up the championship trophy after defeating Caroline Wozniacki, of …
Williams made quick work of her first two rounds, finishing each in less than an hour. In the third round, she needed one hour and 35 minutes to defeat Varvara Lepchenko, the third fellow American she faced in as many matches. Her fourth round, quarterfinal and semifinal wins barely passed the one hour mark; she didn't drop a single set leading into the final.
Wozniacki, meanwhile, spent more than 10 hours on court. Two of her wins came through opponents retiring, including the semifinal. Her toughest match came in the round of 16, where she upset No. 5 Maria Sharapova. She came into the final looking for her first career Grand Slam title and first win over a reigning world No. 1. She was the runner-up here in 2009, losing to Kim Clijsters in the final, and has played in 31 Slams without a title.
With the straight-sets win Sunday, Williams became the first woman to win the U.S. Open without dropping a set since she did it in 2008. She also did it in 2002. Her winning span has gone on longer than that of any woman before her: She won her first title at 17, a good 15 years ago.

She has made it to 18 titles with fewer Grand Slam finals losses than any other woman; Graf had nine finals losses, Navratilova 14 and Evert 16. Williams earned $3-million for winning the title, as well as a $1-million bonus as the winner of the Emirates Airlines U.S. Open Bonus Challenge this summer.
As the celebration continued at Arthur Ashe Stadium on Sunday, Navratilova and Evert met Williams at the center of the court to officially welcome her to the 18 wins club. They gifted her an 18-carat gold bracelet with the number 18 etched on a circular pendant, and all stood together, beaming, as photographers all jostled for the best shot.
"It means a lot to me," she said. "I just could never have imagined that I would be mentioned with Chris Evert or with Martina Navratilova, because I was just a kid with a dream and a racket. Living in Compton, you know, this never happened before."
Of winning 18, she said, "It was definitely on my shoulders. It was definitely like, 'Oh, get there, get there, get there.' Now I've gotten there, so now it's a little bit of a relief."
But with winning 18, naturally, comes questions of when she will win 22, or 23, and claim the top of the all-time list. First, though, she's looking to 19.
"I am thinking about 19, which I'm kind of disappointed," she said with a smile. "[It] hasn't even been three hours and I'm already -- I have already mentioned 19. Oh, gosh. So, yeah, but not 22. I'm taking it one at a time."

Ariana Grande And Big Sean Are Getting Hot And Heavy

Ariana Grande and Big Sean

Looks like things are heating up between pop star Ariana Grande and rapper Big Sean. Although the two haven’t confirmed their relationship, sources are saying that they are definitely an item, but that’s not all — apparently things are getting serious between the two.
According to source, when the publication spoke to an insider, they were more than happy to describe in detail just how hot Big Sean and Ariana Grande are for each other. According to the source, their relationship is strong because they started off as friends.
Of the relationship, reports that it has “gone from 0 to 60 fast.”
Grande, 21, and Sean, 26, met each other in 2013 when they hit the studio to collaborate on a single called “Right There.” Then things turned romantic when the two were both single. Prior to getting hot and heavy with Big Sean, Ariana was seeing Jai Brooks, but the couple split last month.
As we all know, Big Sean was in a very PDA-heavy relationship with Glee’s Naya Rivera, but the couple had a blow out that exploded all over Twitter as the two went back and forth. Rivera called it quits in April, and quietly married Ryan Dorsey over the summer.
The source continues to explain how Big Sean’s romance with Ariana Grande unfurled.
“Sean asked Ariana out in a romantic way and they went to the movies. Now it’s gotten serious very fast. They are much happier than in their previous relationships.”
Ariana Grande recently alluded that things were fine in the romance department. Grande went on Zach Sang’s radio show, which is where things turned a bit personal. The singer said during the September 2 interview that “everything is beautiful” when she described her love life, but then jokingly asked to skip to the next topic.
As for sightings, it was reported that the couple were holding hands backstage at the MTV VMAs.
It seems like Big Sean is really there for Grande. When the singer’s photos leaked from the recent scandal, a source told Hollywood Life that he was “originally there for Ariana to comfort her over the leak even though she denied to the world that the pics of her were not real. And with Ariana not worried about it, it is only making Sean not worried about it. And why worry when he gets to see it for free.”

Britney Spears Confirms "My Boyfriend Cheated on Me," Addresses Rumor During Las Vegas Concert

She's not holding back! Britney Spearspublicly addressed the widespread rumors that her now-ex-boyfriend David Lucado cheated on her this past weekend, confirming the talk while on stage in concert for her Piece of Me Las Vegas residency.
Dressed in a sexy black one-piece outfit, Spears spoke to her fans, shouting from the stage, "Well, by now everyone knows my boyfriend cheated on me."
Spears, 32, split from her boyfriend of 17 months last week after video reportedly surfaced of Lucado kissing another woman. While she had confirmed that she was no longer with Lucado, tweeting "Ahhh the single life," Spears hadn't spoken about her ex's alleged infidelity.
Despite the dissolution of her relationship, the "Perfume" singer seems to be in good spirits. Before she mentioned during the show that she needs her girls and is on the hunt for a "really hot guy," Spears highlighted the silver lining of her situation.

"The best thing about your boyfriend cheating on you is that you get to go on another first date!" she said during the Las Vegas show on Sunday, Aug. 31. "O-M-G a first date!"
The Grammy winner will be keeping busy in the coming months with the continuation of her residency at Planet Hollywood Resort and Casino. The gig was recently extended through 2015.

Milla Jovovich Debuts Baby Bump in Chic Little White Dress at the Venice International Film Festival

Milla Jovovichdebuted her teensy baby bump at the Venice International Film Festival on Wednesday, Sept. 3, where she was on-hand to premiere her latest film, Cymbeline. It was the actress’s first red carpet appearance since announcing that she is expecting her second child with husbandPaul Anderson two weeks ago.
The Resident Evil star, 38, chose a sweet and chic mini-LWD, with just enough room for her growing bump, for the international affair. She completed the look with a rhinestone-adorned ivory clutch, diamond tennis bracelet, chandelier earrings and, for a fun twist, black-striped white pumps.
Jovovich and Anderson announced the surprise pregnancy via the actress’s Facebook page on Aug. 18. “This was originally going to be a post to tell you how excited I am about flying to Cape Town, South Africa to begin working on Resident Evil: The Final Chapter. But… My husband Paul and I just discovered that we are expecting another baby!!!” she wrote to fans.
But don’t despair, RE diehards! She then thanked her “amazing” fans — “YOU ROCK!” she wrote — and promised that she’d be back to work in South Africa on the next film in the franchise next summer, after welcoming her new baby.

Kim Kardashian Wears Sexy See-Through Skirt, Packs on the PDA With Kanye West

Sexy time!
Kim Kardashian wore a jaw-dropping outfit to the GQ Men of the Year Awards on Sept. 2 in London. The reality star, 33, showed off her super-slim body in a high-waisted embellished sheer skirt with a front slit, paired with a black leather bustier bodysuit.

While the mom toNorth West, 14 months, stuck to her va-va-voom style, she switched things up from her go-to middle-parted straight hair. Instead, she showed off her shorter length with beachy waves in a side part.

Kardashian attended the event at the Royal Opera House with husband Kanye West, who held his own with his fashionable wife. In between kissing his wife of three months, Yeezus looked dapper in a navy tuxedo with black trim and a low-cut black T-shirt.

Kardashian seems to be enamored with the fitted top as she wore the same one to the Made in America festival on Aug. 31. However, for that outing to see her husband perform, she wore a matching fitted leather pencil skirt.

Forget about the humanitarian efforts of Angelina Jolie or the achievements of Malala Yousafzai — Kim Kardashian has been named as British GQ's Woman of the Year.
As explained by the magazine's editor, Kardashian received the title because she has conquered TV and social media, and, following her union with Kanye West, has become the most talked about and photographed woman on the planet.
Kardashian accepted the award in person Tuesday night in London in style, wearing a black latex and gravity-defying bodysuit paired with a Ralph & Russo corseted crystal skirt.

She was escorted by her husband, who helped Kim fix her train outside at one point during the evening.
"I want to thank GQfor making me Woman of the Year, and my husband for making me feel like woman of the year every day," she told the crowd.
Kardashian was promptly handed the wrong award. She was accidentally given Pharrell Williams's trophy — the music icon was also being honored that night— before all parties realized the mistake.
"I was taking pictures with it," she joked. "I hope no one notices it."
But while Kim sported a bold look at the GQ event, inside the magazine (here's a link to view the images), a sultry Kim featuring lightened locks, lounges around in bed naked leaving little to the imagination
A slew of other A-Listers joined the couple for last night's affair, including Pharrell, Sam Smith, Nicole Scherzinger, Lewis Hamilton, Lindsay Lohan, Cara Delevingne (who took a little tumble inside the soireé), and Jonah Hill.
It's been a banner year for Kim. After covering the April issue of Voguewith Kanye, the two married over Memorial Day weekend. In June, their daughter North West celebrated her first birthday.
Her E! television show, Keeping Up With the Kardashians, just wrapped its ninth season, with a finale that highlighted the lead-up to the wedding. And her  iPhone video game, Kim Kardashian: Hollywood, earned her an estimated $85 million.
Not a bad year's work. And it's only September.

Ariana Grande is either the next Beyoncé or the next Ashlee Simpson

Ariana Grande, one of the biggest names in pop music after her summer hit "Problem" rode high on the charts for months, has now joined a very select group of female artists. Her album My Everything debuted at no. 1 on the Billboard chart by selling 169,000 copies.

This is Grande's second no. 1 debut after her freshman album Yours Truly accomplished the same feat. The two no. 1 albums put Grande in the ranks of several pop queens. All five of Beyoncé's albums have debuted at no. 1. Six of Britney Spears's eight studio albums debuted at no. 1. Norah Jones managed the trick three times, and Alicia Keys did too.

For these reasons, two back-to-back no. 1 debuts is a big deal. That sets Grande up for a lengthy career. But it doesn't guarantee one either. Grande could easily be the next Ashanti, whose first two albums debuted at no. 1 as well.

Only time will tell. In the meantime, please enjoy the smooth vocal stylings of Ms. Ashlee Simpson, another member of the "first two albums debuted at no. 1" club.

Jessica Simpson Shares Adorable Family Snapshot — and a Few Life Lessons

Jessica Simpson and Eric Johnson with Maxwell and Ace
Jessica Simpson is loving life as a newlywed.
The fashion mogul, who wed Eric Johnson in July, shared a sweet family portrait alongside her husband, 34, and their two kids, daughter Maxwell, 2, and 1-year-old son Ace.
"Feeling balanced, healthy and inspired. Proud to have shared my perspective with @glamourmag," she posted alongside the photo. Simpson, 34, shared her five tips for living happily ever after in an exclusive guest post for the magazine.
"Today, I feel truly comfortable in my own skin," she wrote while reflecting on her life’s challenges and accomplishments. "Better exercise habits, food choices, and lifestyle changes have contributed to this, but ultimately, my confidence comes from my state of mind."
Jessica went on to list five lessons she plans to take with her into the next chapter of her life.
1. Remember who you are — and honor her. "When I was younger and starting out in the music business, I always felt like I was being defined by other people… but now that I’m in my 30s, I’ve grown into myself and established my identity on my terms," she explained. "I'm certainly not perfect, but when I look in the mirror, I’m proud of the woman I see."
2. Let him love all of you. "Eric has seen me at every size, and he loves me no matter what," she noted. "Eric was so supportive and challenged me to accept my insecurities and focus on what truly matters. I feel stronger than ever, and Eric's unconditional love has been a reminder of the love I should give myself."
3. Invest in "me time." "Whether it's your career or a passion, find something that makes YOU happy," advised Jess. "I sometimes second-guess spending time working — I want to be with my kids as much as possible! Then I remember how satisfying work is for me, and because I am fulfilled, I can offer the best version of myself to my family."
4. Small indulgences can make a big difference. "There were so many fun and special occasions leading up to the wedding that I wanted to enjoy with family and friends," she shared. "I didn't want to deprive myself or give up the foods (and cocktails!) I love in order to feel beautiful on my wedding day. And, because of what I learned from Weight Watchers, I didn't have to."
5. Honor your support system. "The walk down the aisle is the beginning of one of the happiest days of your life, and the love you are walking toward is most rewarding when you have that love coming first from within," she said. "It’s a time to celebrate with family and friends as you vow to build a life with your soulmate. These are the vows that I've made toward a loving marriage. Hopefully they bring you closer to yourself and your happily-ever-after."

With her due date fast approaching, the actress has also been spending added one-on-one time with her fiancé, Ashton Kutcher. "Ashton is not letting Mila out of his sight. They are spending every moment together," a source previously told E! News of the couple, who plan to marry sometime after the Friends With Benefits star gives birth. "He can't wait."
So cute!
Kunis has previously said that only Kutcher and her doctor will be allowed in the delivery room when she gives birth, and her That '70s Show co-star will be "head-to-head" and not looking at her "shredded vagina."
All jokes aside, the source says, "Mila is so excited about the baby. She's not nervous at all. She's been really calm and chill about it all."
And we can only assume that the big day is fast approaching.
