They may have welcomed the arrival of their first child Eric last week, but Simon Cowell and Lauren Silverman still have romance high on the agenda and were spotted taking a break from their son to enjoy each other's company in Miami.
The X Factor judge and new mum decided to take a break from parenting and were photographed spending the day by the beach without their newborn son, accompanied instead by their dogs Sqiddly and Diddly.

The couple clearly haven't been suffering from any sleepless nights and seemed bright-eyed as they strolled along the sand with matching smiles.
Lauren seems to be losing the weight already and not even a hint of her baby bump could be seen from the blue maxi dress she wore on Saturday. While Simon opted for a pair of matching blue trunks.
Simon, Lauren and Eric made their first public outing as a family this week in New York , with the trio heading to a doctors appointment on Friday and giving onlookers another look at their adorable son who was wrapped up snugly in a baby carrier.

Simon has kept his fans updated on family life since Eric's arrival, including posting several photos of the tot to his Twitter page.
He wrote after the birth: "Very happy to say Eric was born at 17.45pm. Healthy and handsome. Lauren in great shape. Thanks for all of your kind messages. Named after my dad."
Alongside a photo of his son, he added: "I never knew how much love and pride I would feel. The last three days have been incredible. Eric Lauren [and dogs] sqiddly and diddly all happy."
